I got a new digital camera in November. It uses 2 AA batteries.
I do NOT use it tons, but just on a regular basis.
My first batteries (that came with the camera) lasted a month. The next set of batteries only lasted 2 1/2 weeks!
What kind of batteries am I supposed to buy?? Am I going to spend a fortune on batteries every year????

get rechargeable batteries. You recharge them after each long use

I use rechargeable too. About $30 for a set of 4 with a charger, and replacement batteries are $10 for 4. They last about 5 months or more, after which each charging will give you about a week's worth of use (but I use a lot and like to look at the previews a lot...)
Just a tip- I didn't know how to properly charge in the beginning, and ruined the batteries pretty fast.
If you do end up deciding to buy rechargeable, PM me for more tips.
