I'm trying to make the cream cheese butter dough rugelach but there is no stick butter available so I bought betterine and whipped butter. Does anyone know which would be a better replacement? and if I use whipped butter, do I need to use extra? TIA!!!

Use 1/2 cup of either one to replace 1 stick.

If you go according to weight, it should be the same...

Use either. If you use the whipped one, go by weight like Ora said above
