I’m seeing a lot of posts about cleaning ladies again. Did everyone bring back their cleaning ladies already?

I didn't. And neither did my family or a bunch of my friends.

Not us. Before COVID, we had a cleaning service come weekly. They had lots of other customers. Having someone at our house weekly who visits many different homes each week is a non-starter.

I did. I’m home with my special needs child all day and every day. I was snapping. I needed it for my mental health. I’m taking the risk.

Our cleaning lady has started coming again. She lives alone and drives and isn't working for anyone else.
Our parents and pregnant sister in law do not have anyone coming to help clean because they're higher risk.

I’m surprised at all the “no’s” because in my area it seems that most people did take their cleaning help again.
The cleaning women around here are mostly Mexicans. Although there have been no new cases in the frum community in my neighborhood in the past few weeks, I read that it is spreading now among the Mexican community in my area. It’s predicted that they won’t get it as severe as we did because they don’t have large social gatherings like us (shul, simchos, Purim etc), so I feel like having them in my house is a risk. We had coronavirus already but it’s still so uncertain what will be in the future.

Nope, both working full time (I'm a healthcare worker and dh is working from home) with a bunch of kids... No cleaning help, no babysitting help... Slowly losing our minds... But reducing the risk as much as possible.

Yup I started last week
9 weeks was enough without cleaning help with 4 kids home and starting my 8th month in pregnancy while my husband is out at work all day.
I hope for the best!

Starting tomorrow. Dh and I and oldest dc all tested positive for antibodies. Other kids weren't tested but had symptoms around the same time I was sick. I know antibodies don't mean immunity yadda yadda but I'm done.

Yes. I went weeks without her and the day she texted me that she wants to come back I invited her with open arms. She's only back one day a week though, she usually comes twice.
