You do have and you didn't taste them yet I am not sure about your level of devotion to the milchig issue.

This morning someone told me she has been baking since last week and she has a stocked freezer with cheescake and cheese delicacies but it's in her basement and she didn't tatse anything yet.

She is not on a diet. Just lazy to go down and take something.

Come on. We shouldn't do this. We should tatse and eat cheese delicacies as soon as we make them.

I have not broken into my cheesecake yet!
My grandmother always said that cheesecake was the prize for counting sfeirah. She always gave me anyway as she spoiled me (and everyone else).
I think this year I the first year that I am still counting with a bracha (and my age pretty much matches up with the night at this point), and I will have my treat when I am done successfully counting!
Whether the ice cream has been broken into, the luchot cookies sampled..,, we will not discuss.

We usually don't touch our Yom Tov or Shabbos delicacies until we serve them at the intended time. This year we cut into the cheesecake and sent a couple of pieces to both sets of parents as well as some homemade blintzes since they can't spend Shavuos with us. We also sent some flower decorations the kids made.

I would have licked the serving piece I used to lift out the pieces of cheesecake but I was fleshing.

Are you kidding?! I hope we'll have something left over for shavuos! I'm terrible, I keep on snacking on them throughout the day. I should have hid them in the basement! Can't Believe It

I keep reading this as "Burnt cake", and I'm wondering why that's a good thing. Scratching Head

Is there a caramelized topping that gets put under the broiler? LOL
