No one liked my baked cheesecake and it seems such a waste to throw it out. I don't know anyone else who would want it. Also it didn't turn out as good as it usually does which is why I can't blame my family for not eating it.
Any suggestions how I can repurpose the cheesecake that it might get eaten?
All ideas and suggestions will be gratefully received.
TIA

Cake pops- roll into balls and dip in melted chocolate. Roll into toppings (sprinkles, crushed nuts, etc)

Mix it up with a little extra sugar and cheese and use as a filling for blintzes, cheese babka, kolaches, etc.

I’m not comprehending.
Left over cheese cake?
People don’t like it?
How is that even humanly possible?

Mix it together and add whip topping and fill cannolis with it.
Unless it's a really strange cheesecake recipe, it should work.

Yes I was thinking OP can roll into balls, and insert into muffin batter before baking.

We were once given a cheesecake that had been in the donor's freezer. They didn't say how long but I'm guessing since somewhere around the Clinton administration. DeWitt Clinton. It looked delicious and had the perfect texture and taste to serve-- as a pencil eraser.

Don't throw good money after bad. The smartest thing you could do is toss it. If it wasn't any good as cheesecake, and the issue was the taste as opposed to the texture, it's not going to taste any better as trifle, or muffin filling, or a shake. Don't you all know that ditty about Betty and the butter?
Betty bought some butter to make some batter,
But the butter Betty bought was bitter.
So Betty bought some better butter to make the bitter butter better.
But the bitter butter made the better butter bitter.
You can't make good food from bad ingredients.

Very smart.
But so very hard to swallow the message when the ingredients are so expensive.

I know. Made the OP's mistake many times and lived to regret it every single time.
