I also would love to do projects and games with my kids. But with everything else going on it’s too much. What I do try to do is laugh a lot and shmooze with them and let them know how much I enjoy their company. I also have to nudge and bother them abt schoolwork etc but I do make an effort to be happy and cheerful. Maybe trying to have a smile frequently would be an easier goal than doing projects.

Op I feel for you.. I feel the same way.. I love my children to pieces but when they are up they drive me crazy! I second the advice that you try to carve out a drop of “me” time. Even just a coffee break somewhere quiet! Your room? I know how tough it can be and I’m sending you hugs.. you didn’t fail. These are crazy times. We are with you!
