I have a pound of beef stew chunks, what else do I put with it and how long do I bake for?

Toss the cubes in flour, salt and pepper. Add chunks of potato, carrot, onion garlic. Water to come up maybe 3/4 (maybe 2 cups). Bake at 350 for around 2.5 hours.
