If it hurts like crazy, they're not going to the right place. A good machine and a good cooling system isn't supposed to hurt, especially if not on the face.
I actually use someone that was recommended on here that posters were saying that it's painless.

I Heard that Laser on the face could trigger more hair to grow on other parts of the face.
I know someone who got small hairs on the side of her face after doing laser on her upper lip.
