My 4 year old had itchy feet and the skin on the toes started peeling a few days later. The doctor told me what antifungal cream to use. To me it looks much better but I know that it can persist. From experience, is it likely to spread to the other kids and us? I can't possibly clean the floors or shower all the time and I try to keep dry socks on him but logistically sometimes he is running around barefoot. And then other kids are running around barefoot on the same floors.
