I have a great dairy cannoli recipe. Don't know what you mean by cheesecake cannoli. I can't post images here. Can you give me an email address and I'll email it to you?

1.5 bars white chocolate melted, 5 oz whip, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 Tbsp vanilla sugar, 1 whipped cream cheese
Refrigerate mixture, fill cannolis, freeze and then dip in dark chocolate (I mixed milchig and baking chocolate to get a runny texture) and nut crunch.

I put it back in freezer and served it right out of freezer, was delicious.
