Anyone ever applied (and was hired) through a job seeker site such as Indeed.com, LinkedIn, etc.? I'm looking for a new job but am kind of hesitant to apply to company which is out of my frum orbit, totally strangers, don't know what they will do about Shabbos and YT, etc.
Any advice?

Indeed and LinkedIn are both great ways to find job openings. (I have not been hired through these sites, but I know plenty of people who have been). Keep your profile up-to-date on LinkedIn, and a recruiter may even find you. I have never worked in the Jewish world, and my experience is that it is usually possible to figure out Shabbat and yom tov if you are the right person for the job.

Are you ok moving out of the frum orbit, or not?
FYI: I know frum companies who advertise on Indeed.
Also, I think recruiters are a very valuable resource you should reach out to.

Yes, I did- I think it was through Indeed. It was 10+ years ago, so I don't remember. But I got a job at a big company, when he called to say I got the job I said I do need to leave early for Shabbos (it was Winter) but can come in early. He said they have officially flexible hours (7-3, 5-4, 9-5, 10-6) so shouldn't be a problem. I spoke to my manager about days I needed off for yom tov. Wasn't an issue.
