Looking for a positive, sensitive person to keep tabs on my eating/fitness habits. I have been eating well and working out daily as well as logging over 10,000+ steps a day but my weight is not budging!
I want to lose 20lbs, and wonder if having an accountability partner I can keep motivated and also better track of what's standing in the way of my weight loss.
Ideally, I want to be fit just for the great benefits of being fit (better mood, energy, strength , flexibility...etc.) which I have been benefitting from just a month in...I don't want to be caught up and obsess over numbers on the scale or over my poor body image. So I'd like someone who would just be encouraging without feeding into the negative body obsession.

You sound like you are looking for a nutritionist
I would be interested in being your partner, but am overweight myself and struggling with losing it.
I don't know if I can help much with the understanding angle, but if you just want someone to chat with and provide encouragement, that works!
