I prefer to bake it. The easier, the better. I don't mind baking for long, but I don't have much time to prepare.

Our favorite way is oven roasted with olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Cooked just till the edge start to darken.

My easiest way to make it- just spice however you like, I used salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake on 400 for about 45 min- more or less if you prefer softer or more firm. That’s it!

Project Inspire's pre-Shabbos program had a few ideas. I usually make popcorn-style.

This is pretty much how I make it, minus the exact measurements. I just put the cauliflower into a pan, and drizzle it all on. Shake it a bit, and pop into the oven.
Yum.
