Does he have a favorite meal/restaurant? My husband is the type who doesn't really like/want/need gifts. For every gift giving occasion I'll ask and he says there really isn't anything he needs or wants so instead we'll go out to a nice restaurant or I'll cook him something special. When one of my brother's graduated all he wanted was an apple pie because it was his favorite but our mom only baked it for Thanksgiving. Or if there's anything he has mentioned he wants recently or someplace he wants to visit if it's in budget?

As the name indicates, they cater to exactly this situation, when you want to gift a person who has everything. Some items are practical devices or tools to do a task you never knew you need a tool for 😉 some items are not useful in a practical way but they make a statement, or just cute or unique.
