There are many I don't know...
But taboo and trivial pursuit are fun and you can play them in a way that works on shabbat (no problem at all for TP, some accomodations for taboo)...

In trivial pursuit, the question set should be adapted to the family and their expertise... so it might be good just to make your own (before shabbes)

Why don't you take scrabble?
According to my rav, scarabble is permissible on shabbes...

you could also make your own word game, with letters on laminated squares...

Separate vowels and consonants... draw 8... (players say in turn if they want vowel or consonant), the longest word wins...

Taboo, Set, Apples to Apples.

We recently got into Azul. We're big fans. Strategy and planning but playable by younger kids. Not too short and not too long.
