I'm finding it more challenging to work full time in Lakewood. Majority of the playgroups and Kindergartens end at or 3:15. I always have the daycare option which isn't affordable. My work is pressurizing me to work until at least 4 daily. How are people able to do this? Im unable to leave my job for various reasons. What hours do you work and how do you work it out?

Find the latest playgroup possible and then go home and continue working for an hour.
Yes its impossible to work every second with kids around but I buy special toys give extra nosh and do anything possible to manage..

It's extremely stressful!! I work till 3 and have my kids in playgroup till 3:15. its really hard to find 'extended hours' and then you have a crazy tight pickup time depending on how many kids you have to get and traffic etc. I feel for you!!
