I think all womens clothing stores in BP and Flatbush are open at this point.

NYC enters Phase 2 on Monday. Clothing stores will be able to open then. Until then, its still illegal.

Phase 1 has allowed for in-store pick-ups. For many it wasn't financially prudent to be open for phone/emails order pick-ups. Some more will be opening for phase 2, but not all. Call stores that you have an interest in visiting.

Near my part of Queens, nearly everything is open with the exception of the bigger chains like H&M and Burlington.
