Kind has nut based bars. The ones I’ve had have chocolate.

I like kind maple glazed pecan and sea salt.no chocolate or oats. Even the lower sugar one's are good if you can get them, if I'm not mistaken, they have no artificial sweetener, just less actual sugar.
