Even rice cakes have calories and for me, they are utterly unsatisfying as they are like eating salted styrofoam.
In my opinion, it is quantity that is most important so I buy crunchy snack foods in single portion bags and buy what I enjoy eating. It is easy for me to take my single portion and then be done. At worst, I will sometimes have a second bag but still not the same as fooling myself into thinking that I have taken a single portion from a big package. 😀
