5lb French brick roast

Sautee onions and garlic
Rub oil and spices on roast
Can jellied cranberry
Can tomato sauce
4 tbsp onion soup mix
Ketchup
Honey
Wine
Water
Onions
Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Bake covered on 275 For 5 hrs

I think it's an hr per lb
Check on it, it should be soft like butter it melts in mouth its absolutely delicious and all time favorite for everyone here!
Its absolutely delicious!
If its tender that means it needs more time in oven

Enjoy!

I rub on paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder

Idk exactly I measure with my eyes
I like cooking it drowned in liquid

If u can marinate it overnight that's better if u cant it's still heavenly
