Hi everyone. I’m sick of cholent. Sick of yapchuk. I want to try to make short ribs that can last in the slow cooker until shabbos day. Has anyone done this?
My normal way to cook short ribs is to cook them in duck sauce for like seven hours on 225. Help? Short ribs is expensive so I don’t want to ruin this!

Same recipe.
Plug in right before shabbos.
On low.

I also wonder if I can start it up right before shabbos and put them in frozen.

Did you end up trying it? I would love to make mine in the crockpot.
