My neighbors getting married and learning at bmg. He n his kallah r both out of town n don’t know where to start. Where do young couples live? Is there a realtor that can show them places

Masa umatan has all the rentals. Honestly, though, im sure his Chaverim can guide him. Hundreds of couples get married every year

There is a free advertising booklet called the BP weekly that is dropped off every Wednesday. Attached to it is a smaller list of rental apartments, babysitters etc.
You can look up the BP (they have an online version) or you can request them to start leaving you a copy.
I believe most young couples find rentals through Masa umatan, or through word of mouth.
I don't think there are any realtors.
It's a good business opportunity; wonder why nobody ever started.

If you google masa umatan rental list you will get a link for a pdf that comes out every Tuesday night with all the Lakewood rentals on it. It’s very simple. Just start going through the list and call the numbers attached to the basement apartments, and you should find something.—Sorry, I see that someone already posted the link.

From what in understand, right now there is a high demand for apartments(and low supply) Many people are stuck that should have moved to Israel or houses etc due to covid19 situation.
