I'm literally just making a few dollars over my unemployment amount. It's still a large decrease from my usual salary. Am I allowed to ask my employer to pay me a few dollars less in order to receive unemployment? Im a therapist and get paid by the case. I'm hoping one of my clients don't show up this week. If they do show up this week and next week they don't all come will I forfeit my unemployment?

My DH’s office is working on 50% capacity . So the staff takes turns. Some days my DH works and other days others do. My DH is able to collect unemployment for the days he isn’t working even though his employer pus him for the days that he does work at the office.

If you turn down a case and you certify for unemployment then you will be asked if you turned down any work. The answer in this case would be yes and so you wouldn’t be eligible.
It’s my understanding that if the following week you qualify for unemployment then you’ll be able to get it. I’ve never done it so I can’t be sure

What if I take all my cases(not many), do I still qualify if I make under a certain amt? If so what's that amount?
Thanks
