I'm scheduled to go back into work soon as my workplace is reopening.
I will terribly miss being home with my nursing baby, being able to cook dinner, do laundry, clean up from breakfast and get ready for dinner, not be overwhelmed during the hours of 3:30 pm - 8 pm when everyone comes home, everyone needs to eat, get cleaned, go to bed, lunches for the next day need to be made, house needs to be cleaned a bit...
I will really really miss this! Can anyone relate?
(Staying home for now is a dream, it's not financially doable for us now.)

I am scheduled to go back to work as well. I have been working from home. It was really hard on myself and especialy hard on my youngest. I had to ignore her, tell her to be quiet way to many times. My daughter has written me notes during work calls expressing her disappointment that she couldn't talk to me.

I am looking forward to being present and available when home with my kids.

I am not looking forward to going back to work and expanding my exposure, especially since the o ly bathrooms available are public ones.

I love going out to work. I'm more productive and present. While working and simultaneously teaching my 8 & 5yo is neither being productive. ... anyway I'm now on extended paid maternity leave till after succos. Which is the best. As my daughter goes to day camp and my son has legal chaider bh!!

Those were the pros...but getting my work done easily in a stress free environment is so amazing! I'm so much less stressed now that I'm working in my office.

What is your occupation that your job didn't have to get done the past 3 months?
