Let's also forget Jewish blood being shed in this complicated life and not giving it the respect and honor it deserves but placing a gentile court above that. For this alone the world is like it is right now and can only get worse. Complicated. |
Huh?
- Yeah, I think sending an email to a "friend" in N Korea would be highly suspect. I'd expect the CIA to be all over that. I am fairly certain that ordinary N Korean citizens don't even have access to email with the outside world. What a weird analogy.
- Are you saying that you expected the US govt to try people for treason in a beit din instead of a US Court? You do realize that this is a ridiculous idea, do you not?
- Are you suggesting that any ills the world is suffering now in 2020 are attributable to some mishandling of the Rosenberg trial?

The United states does not follow halacha. The United States is not supposed to follow halacha. According to halacha, non-Jews are supposed to set up their own societies with their own rules, which the United States did. According to US law, the Rosenbergs were legally tried and executed. I am personally against the death penalty, but that is the law where we live.
If you want to live in a place where halacha is the only law followed, you will need a time machine.
I learned about this in my Christian school. It was part of the Cold War hysteria.
There is no doubt that they were guilty. Your articles about how "there may be doubt" don't actually prove the innocence of either party. A LOT of Jews were involved with Socialism and Communism back then.
It's pretty rare to get charged with treason - which is why only two Jews were executed - and pretty easy to avoid. Just don't engage in treasonous activities. Take a deep breath and go for a walk.
