If noHi, is There a simple fool proof recipe I can do instead?

If it's cut right, it's great on the grill! Just season with garlic powder, chili powder and salt and grill about 5 minutes per side. Or else cube and marinate for a day, thread onto skewers and grill for shish kebab.
