Depends on the job and company set up, but I would say around $20 per hour

More like $18 to $19 an hour, depending on the job.

I'm not in Lakewood and I know there are inflated prices there, but $20/hour for full time seems high. ($20 for a few hours or to come in to cover is reasonable)
Does she have particularly impressive accounting or computer skills?
I am in healthcare and the aides, whether you are taking hospital/nursing home/Dialysis all start out at about $14-16 per hour and they are high school graduates with an extensive training course in the field. They are on their feet and running all day-feeding patients, changing/washing, placing needles, monitoring vitals......

In Lakewood they can get $18-$20/hr straight out of seminary with no experience or college. Yes, that's a lot more than in the rest of the world for that age/experienced/job type.

On the other hand, the growth potential is pretty limited in the long run for most.
