I always made arrangements for installation through the local store I'd bought from. They charge a fee and it's well worthwhile.

I agree but local stores seem not to have the top rated air conditioners.

Is there another reliable and reasonable store besides Plugins that sells air conditioners?

Plugins had amazing service and great air conditioners. I paid another $100 for installation. It’s almost 2 years now, and I don’t have any problems with it b”h
