Hi! I'm looking for a real estate broker in jackson/lakewood/toms river who is familiar with the 55 plus developments (as well as regular real estate there). Preferably familiar with the frum areas in Jackson as well...
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Beware of Yitzi Nussbaum. Ask others who used him for reference. Do your research.

I don't know him and have no connections to him.
Please don't post a statement like this anonymously on a forum, ever!
You gave no information about why. Just badmouthing him and potentially ruining his paranassah. You're claim may be legit but the situation is also likely to be unique to you. You can dm the op or have op dm you and discuss the details privately. But to make a bold statement anonymously can really be damaging to him and is unfair.
Anonymity doesn't give you the right to hurt others!

I’m curious if the post above me was flagged as an ad.
I don’t think it should be. The poster was responding to request for service and honest that she is the poster. She isn’t spamming.
Why aren’t all the other posts flagged as ads. we have no clue if the realtor posted those themselves.

I used Blimi Meisels. She's amazing!
Gives you all of her time, always able to reach her, knows the neighborhoods well.
