Looking for a daycamp that doesn’t do sports maybe more trips and activities with learning in the morning? My son doesn’t like standing on a baseball field in the heat for hours when he’s not even good at sports. He is 14. EightH grade. Of course the next issue will be finding A friend to go with him ...

This won’t help your day camp problem, but there is a great night camp called ohr halayla that takes the boys on trips every night.

I think Kesher advertised themselves as less sports-oriented.

My son attends a learning camp for older grades. They learn in morning, swim, and go on hikes or short interesting trips. No sports at all. Learning is serious. Post if you want more info, and then you can PM me.

Sounds interesting. Why the need to PM? Can you post the name of the camp here ?

I don't feel comfortable publicizing the name of a backyard daycamp. But, I am happy to share more info privately.
