We want to plan a 10 day road trip from New York. Are any kosher hotels taking shabbos reservations?
We would plan it around shabbos plans.
Arlington New Hampshire no longer has kosher.
What about Vermont? Florida?

There's a kosher program in VT, but they have less rooms than usual this summer, so I believe you'll need to stay for longer than just Shabbos to get one (see https://vtgetaway.com/). FL in the summer is always hot and humid, and with Covid rampant there, it's the last place I'd want to go. You could try Kosher Springs near Pittsburgh. You could also reach out to Oppenheimer's and Greene Mountain Inn and Raleigh to see what their status is, but if you want something more exotic than the Catskills, your options may be limited this year.

There is no kosher hotel at Niagara Falls but chabad of Niagara can probably help you out with shabbos arrangements.

As stated, there has never been a kosher hotel at Niagara, just a kosher restaurant. At this point, the border with Canada is closed for at least the next 2 weeks, and given the poor state of US Covid management, there's a strong possibility that the closure will be extended, which will mean that you cannot get into the Canadian side.

You can visit the US side and stay in Buffalo, where there is a shul and a supermarket with a large kosher section, but it's not the same as having access to the Canadian side where most of the attractions are located.
