What’s wrong with frozen things?
As long as everyone has a meal to eat I don’t think it matters if you made it from scratch.
Tonight I heated up frozen falafel balls. All I had to do was cut up some veggies but I could have used a bag of salad and pickles too. I bought pita bread, chummus and that was the supper.. homemade falafel.
I think it’s fine to serve fish sticks, corn, pasta or whatever your family will eat.
You have enough pressure with your job and your kids. I don’t think you should spend all Sunday cooking. Life is busy enough! I guess if one evening you are making meatballs, just make double if you can. Chicken drumsticks don’t need any real prep.. just rinse, spice and bake. Plenty of instant rice companies that come with a spice packet you just pour in.
Don’t stress over meals. You are feeding your family and doing great.
