We got too many peeled potatoes.
Anything I can do with it, that I could freeze.
And not kigel.
Or is there a way I could keep peeled potatoes till Sunday or Monday?

Make potato salad. Lasts a few days in the fridge.
Freeze some potato knishes.

Peeled potatoes what a dream! Where did you get them from? I need to make a kugel today and the thought of peeling 5 pounds of potatoes now...

How do you do them?
Because usually I boil then and after cooking I perl then and cube.
But now they are already peeled.
Plus have you got a great recipe with not too much mayonnaise!
