Delivering at 1am and ringing bells at that hour is crazy. This has been an absolute disaster.

Question, were your chicken nuggets frozen? Mine aren’t and I have a feeling they defrosted on the truck in the heat for who knows how many hours! Now they can’t be refrozen... gotta cook them today, right?

Seriously, can you cut them some slack? Especially since they owe you nothing. Deluvering late is crazy. Not delivering at all is crazy. What's not crazy? Do everything perfectly, just as you want it?

I would refreeze. Keep in mind that it is very processed.

Everything was warm when I got it. I'm truly concerned about the safety of the food. Has it been sitting out all day yesterday on the trucks, and then when they couldn't finish delivering, it was refrigerated, and then sat out all day today?
