Mazel Tov on the opportunity of naming a daughter. You are the mother and you could spell it however which way you want. There are variations and there’s no right or wrong way.

I have two cousins with that name. One spells it Leiba and the other Liba. I think I would pick Liba.

What looks best to you, OP? Go with that. I'm partial to Liba because I go for phonetics. A Spanish or French speaker will never mispronounce it. For English speakers, though, Leeba is less likely to be mispronounced. Both Lieba and Leiba are likely to be pronounced LIE-ba, and Leba will be called LEB-a.

I'm partial to Leba becuase I grew up with a Leba. Then again, a classmate spells her daughter's name, one of those "could be spelled 5 different ways" name, the same way I do because that was her first exposure.

My husband's niece spells it Leba but to me it looks weird like that like pronounced LE ba like in Lebanon.
I have a cousin that spells it Leiba and a friend that spells it Lieba plus another friend that spells it Leeba.
I like Liba the best, I have a daughter with a similar type name that we spell with an "I". But my husband thinks that spelling it like that then it would be pronounced like the "I" in it.
So now not sure which way to go.

It should be spelled Lieba because of German influences, but you are welcome to spell it as you wish. I try to spell names as close as possible to their origins to maintain the "name." That being said, all of my children have Secular English names so the spelling their Jewish names is pretty irrelevant since it will never be on an actual legal document and just on homework in school.
