Anyone else feel really hungry at the end of a fast and then almost uncomfortably full about five minutes after you start eating? Scratching Head

I can relate. Sometimes recuperating from breaking the fast is almost as difficult as the fast itself. I find that it happens more when the fasting was hard, and I felt super hungry. When I have an easy fast, breaking the fast is easier on me as well.
