Looking to build a private, new construction home in Lakewood.
We are hearing a few names.
Matt Gross
Dubin
Avi Chopp
Anyone use any of them and have any imput?

I am in the construction field and have dealt with both Matt Gross and Chaim Dubin. They are both really nice people, really nice to deal with and know their stuff.

Thay are all very good. If ur looking to built high end u can use Shie goldstien, Mr Paneth and Mr Hetzok

I’m also looking to build now in Lakewood. I’m leaning towards chopp. Who did you use for your architect? I’m looking to make plans.

I used Michal Oelbaum for the deigns she is very talented and creative and Muti Feldbrand from Feldbrand designs for the construction documents.
