I was given a heter not to fast on YK when I was about 4 months with my first. I had just gotten over a form of morning sickness where if I did NOT eat every hour, I would see spots.

I refused the heter. I fasted.

When I went back to shul for neilah, I was so pale that the (mean, nasty) shul cleaning lady expressed concern. Lo and behold I broke the fast just as neilah started because I was afraid to pass out.
