You poor lady. This is the dessert that just couldn't happen Banging head

You could use it as any milk/pareve milk substitute. Use it to make your puddings.

Here is an idea. Take your cake crumbs and mix it with some sort of frosting to bind it together, then stick it in mini or regular cupcake tins and push it down against the rims and push down the centers. Then reduce your coffee whitener on the stove till it is about half, and add chocolate chips. It will produce a fudge consistency. Then fill the cake bowls and let settle and firm up. Use cupcake tins for easy removal.

My recipe for hot pretzels calls for it. Haven't made it in years.

Use it to wet the cake just a drop, include some rum, form into balls and then roll in sprinkles for rum balls.
Use some for vanilla crumb cake. Delish.

My sentiment when I have bought something inedible is that my body is not a garbage can. It is better to throw it out (or donate it) than to make something *insert description* with it.

Non Dairy Creamer is not nutritious so it is not as if you are depriving yourself of needed nutrition.

My advice is to toss it or give it to someone who uses it for their coffee.

I'm not one to toss food. I would toss this or see if anyone else in my area would like it. I am not someone who uses something just because I have it. My area has a facebook and whatsapp groups where we offer up things like this.

Back in the day before milk alternatives, my father used to use this for coffee after a fleishig meal (as the name implies). He actually may still use it today.

Thank you.
I wanted to say that but was afraid I would get lynched.

It is all processed- hydrogenated fat and HFCS along with assorted chemicals. It has no nutritional benefits.

If you love it and want it for a specific use, by all means use it. I am not one to deprive my of food I want and I eat chocolate daily. But to eat that just to get rid of it is nonsensical. Eat a banana which is turning and unappealing -yes, that, no.
