Does it make sense that all foods taste as they should for me, but ketchup has a horrible taste?
I asked others to taste the ketchup and they all said it tastes fine, so apparantly it isn't off or anything.

Someone was just telling me how weeks later, coffee still tastes off.
I found water metallic even after everything came back but that went away, bH.

Look up Parosmia after covid. Parosmia is a distorted sense of smell/taste which most commonly occurs when the sense of smell has been lost following a virus. It effects each person differently.

There are a few things that still taste off to me though ketchup isn't one of them.
Wine tastes sour, and my toothpaste tastes and smells weird, though everyone else in my family says they are fine. I can't eat gefilte fish (of all odd things) anymore either.

I also had a huge issue with gelfilta fish. It tasted and smelled so off , it made me nauseous.
