6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath. Huge living room, dining room, old kitchen, and playroom. Pool and swing set in the yard as well as tons of space to run and play. What can I charge?

If you’re seriously considering renting out your house, I may be interested.

Yes, I would rent it out. That’s why I am asking what I can get for it.

That price is ridiculous. No one will pay that unless it's absolutely gorgeous. Is it?

And Lakewood Hosts is a whole different experience. It's fresh and hotel style. You can't compare that to someone's house with their stuff in the fridge and drawers etc...

You’ll be surprised .
I’m part of a vacation group with loads of Lakewood homes.
Even the 4 bedrooms are going for 3k

Actually, a little bit will depend on the condition of your house.

As far as I know, $3,000 a week could be for a stunning house with gorgeous heated pool
Not for a shabbos

I have a 6 bedroom large House private yard no pool and the going rate was Btwn 1100-1500 Friday to Sunday night
So 2000 makes sense with pool but my house has a newer kitchen
Also depends on your location as well

Wow. Maybe I should buy a house and pay the mortgage with summer rentals.

Or are these prices in honor of COVID.

Monsey area here. My neighbors do it in the summer. 5 bedroom newer houses, no pool. They get 1500-2000 per shabbos

Buy a house in Deal NJ. I know of a house that's rented out in the summer for $50,000. (Not sure how many weeks that includes)

I live in a 4 bedroom with a pool and I think people in my neighborhood get about 2k for a weekend. Jackson, NJ. Personally I’d never want to rent my house, but that’s what I’ve heard. People will pay for a frum neighborhood with minyanim nearby.

And yes I know people in Deal who pay their mortgage for the year with the money they make renting their house out for the summer.
