If timing/insurance/whatever doesn't work out at Peri Malek, a friend of mine used Ilan Tzur in Monticello and had an excellent experience. Handled an emergency very well.

Neither one of those takes insurance, but we've had good experiences with both.
Peri Malek is more professional with a bigger office and plenty of staff. Ilan Tzur is more of a one man show with an assistant and he tends to be cheaper.

I've heard great things about Dr. Peri Malek but bh we've never needed to use her.

I use Dr Malek in the city and would recommend her. She doesn't take Medicaid insurances.

Options are limited upstate. If you need someone with a specific insurance, consider asking people in Monroe or Monsey where they have more permanent infrastructure.
