Yes NY side. Although I technically could cross the border but I mean the NY side.

I believe both the Niagara Falls Chabad and the kosher restaurants are on the Canadian side of the Falls. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
Buffalo has a Tops International with a kosher deli for takeout. Within the eruv, there's a Young Israel and a Marriott. It's about a half hour drive from all of this to the NY side of the Falls.

As stated, the Jewish presence as well as most of the attractions are on the Canadian side of the border, which is currently inaccessible to Americans, and may well remain that way at least until Labor Day. I am not aware of any minyan/kosher food available in the US side of the falls. The closest option is in Buffalo, about 30 minutes away, but check first to see if they are allowing visitors to join their minyanim, as many OOT communities are not.
