What’s the difference between a 3/4 and a headband fall?

A 3/4 is missing a kippa size of hair in the middle. Entire front of your own hair is used. Only the sides are wig, to thicken the look. Looks like this.

A kippa fall is just a topper. The entire body needs to come from your own hair, and the kippa is placed on top, with its hair coming down, blending with your own hair.
