Im cleaning up a storage area in my home. That's helping. Also my doctor who is frum said to cut tottaly carbs and dont even worry about pas shachris. I try to stay away from carbs. Not counting the split peas on a soup type of thing. I crave and cheat tho. So far oeganizing my home is my best way to lose weight
