I actually have a generic version. I have to try TJs.
I have an old sisterhood type cookbook that called for a spoon of instant coffee powder in a stew meat. So the idea wasn't odd to me. I've been putting it in cholent and I really like it.

Whisk had a recipe with it for grilled chicken. I meant to save recipe but threw out by accident. Does anyone have it by any chance?
