Im aware of Earrings Plaza on Broadway in Manhattan (I bet some stores buy there, they have loads of costume jewelry), but Id like slightlly better quality.

I love very chunky but lightweight necklaces, with a good gold-tone that doesnt look cheapy.

There is a store on Kingston Avenue in Crown Heights called Post Mark-it that sells popular costume jewelry and other accessories as well as mailing service and supplies.
