I recently passed my boards and have LBA certification. I am looking for employment. I am wondering what the going rate is in NY? And what is the growth potential? Please specify what work setting?

Im an ABA SEIT but friends with bcbas. they get between 90-100 an hour but many are not given so many cases. some do bcba cases as well as regular seit. many bcba cases are approved for 3 hours of services a week. so to get a full caseload of like 25 hrs a week, you need at least 8 cases....
