I am trying to research methods for whitening very stained teeth. The teeth are yellowed and have light brown stains on them, probably from coffee. What methods worked for you? Thanks so much.

The stains come off by a regular cleaning at the dentist, however they come back after a while. I’d also love to know how to get rid of them for good.

Try following the instructions on a bottle of hydrogen peroxide to dilute it.
