If Hashem would have wanted french fries to be soggy and under gravy...I mean, french fries are supposed to be crispy. Stam potatoes OTOH can be scalloped.

I’m American and I looove a good poutine. Why can’t it be crispy ff covered in a heavenly good cheesy gravy😀!?

Its like deep dish pizza. Its not really pizza but melted cheese with sauce in a bread bowl but they still call it pizza. Same with poutine. Its not really french fries but potatoes with cheese and gravy but if they still call it fries. Live and let live.

I'm thinking.
How about a great recipe using potatoes that aren't make into latkes or chips, or using french fries. I'm open to a good recipe with prepared french fries.

There was once a recipe for poutine with frozen French fries in the Lakewood voice,was pretty good...Maybe I’ll find it somewhere.
